To support exceptional ideas and unusual partnerships between people and organisations that might not otherwise come together…
2010 partnerships and initiatives include:
supporting an open Innovation Fund through which we will remain alert to new ideas and areas of intervention;
supporting the voluntary sector in developing the capacity for maximising social return through innovation, leadership and influence, particularly in those areas that touch on our strategic interests, including through the ACEVO–Gulbenkian project looking at how voluntary organisations influence public policy through their practical experience and through support for the Clore Leadership Programme and possible support of older social entrepreneurs in partnership with UnLtd;
encouraging interdisciplinary engagements which bring together expertise from different sectors so all partners may benefit from taking new approaches.
